  • Ovens, hobs, grills, fryers, hoods, pans
  • Safe on enamel, stainless steel and glass
  • 600 ml trigger spray — no dilution, no mixing

The part that sells itself

Spray. Wait a minute. Wipe.

Burnt-on fat is not dirt you can lift — it is polymerised, bonded to the metal by heat. Scrubbing it off with a sponge takes twenty minutes and a scratched hob. Azelit's fat-splitting components break the bond chemically, so the deposit releases and comes away with one pass of a cloth.

One bottle for the whole kitchen

Everywhere fat lands, bakes and stays.

  • Ovens and oven doors
  • Gas and ceramic hobs
  • Extractor hoods and filters
  • Grills and barbecues
  • Deep fryers
  • Microwaves
  • Frying pans and baking trays
  • Multicookers and air fryers
Keep it away from

Aluminium, painted and varnished surfaces, and anything you are unsure of. Azelit is strongly alkaline — test a hidden spot first, and do not leave it on longer than the instructions say.

Why it beats scrubbing

The same concentrate professional kitchens buy, in a 600 ml trigger bottle.

  • Dissolves, doesn't abrade

Scouring pads take the grease off and a little of the finish with it. Azelit works chemically, so glass oven doors and ceramic hobs stay unscratched.

  • Clings where you spray it

The foam holds on vertical surfaces — oven doors, hood filters, the inside of a microwave — instead of running to the bottom before it has worked.

  • Handles carbonised deposits

Not just fresh fat. The black, hard layer on a grill grate or a baking tray is what this product was formulated for.

  • Cuts smoke and soot film

The sticky yellow-brown film on hood surfaces and tiles above the hob comes off in the same pass.

  • Ready to use

No measuring, no dilution, no bucket. Trigger spray straight from the 600 ml bottle.

  • Rinses clean

Wipe and rinse with water and nothing is left behind — it goes on surfaces that touch food, so residue is not optional.

Three steps

On a cool surface, with the window open and gloves on.

  1. 1

    Spray the soiled area

Cover the greasy or carbonised spots directly. Do not spray onto a hot surface.

  2. 2

    Wait 30 seconds

For heavy, baked-on build-up leave it up to 2 minutes — but no longer.

  3. 3

    Wipe and rinse

Wipe off with a cloth, sponge or brush, then rinse with water. Repeat on very stubborn deposits.

Wear gloves and ventilate the room. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Keep away from aluminium and painted surfaces, and rinse anything that touches food thoroughly with water.

Questions people actually ask

Can I use it on aluminium pans?

No. Azelit is strongly alkaline (pH 11) and alkalis corrode and discolour bare aluminium. Use it on enamel, stainless steel and glass. If you are not sure what a surface is, test a hidden spot first.

Is it safe on non-stick coating?

Treat non-stick with care. It will lift grease from the outside of a coated pan, but leaving an alkaline cleaner sitting on a non-stick surface will shorten the coating's life. Keep the contact time short and rinse thoroughly.

It touches things I cook on — is that a problem?

Rinse with water after wiping and nothing is left behind. That rinse is not optional: it is the step that makes the surface food-safe again.

Can I spray it on a warm oven so it works faster?

Don't. Apply to a cool surface. Heat makes the product evaporate and flash off instead of working, and it turns the fumes into a real irritant. Let the oven cool, open a window, wear gloves.

The deposit is years old and rock hard. Will one pass do it?

Probably not, and that is normal. Leave it the full 2 minutes, wipe, then repeat. Two or three shorter applications work better — and are far safer for the surface — than leaving the product on for ten minutes.

How long does a 600 ml bottle last?

For a home kitchen, several months of regular use — a hob wipe-down takes only a few sprays. Heavy use on a grill or a commercial fryer will get through it much faster.

Stop scrubbing the oven

Spray it, wait a minute, wipe it off. That is the entire job.
